StartUp Health to Launch Pandemic Response Moonshot in Support of One World: Together At Home

StartUp Health joins forces with WHO and Global Citizen to support frontline healthcare workers in historic global broadcast of One World: Together at Home.

StartUp Health is proud to partner with Global Citizen and WHO to support COVID-19 frontline heroes. Join us this Saturday, April 18, for an historic global broadcast with appearances curated by Lady Gaga and hosted by Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert. We are calling on all rockstar entrepreneurs, Health Transformers and innovators to join the fight against COVID-19 and pandemic response.

On Saturday, StartUp Health will launch a critical ‘Pandemic Response Moonshot’ during OneWorld: Together at Home. The moonshot, which will become StartUp Health’s 12th Health Moonshot, is a multi-year initiative to invest in, unite and support entrepreneurs and innovators developing solutions to prepare for, mitigate and manage pandemics, beginning with COVID-19. StartUp Health is putting the full support of our platform and network behind building a post-pandemic world. In the coming weeks, we are committing to invest in at least 10 startups that are focused on Pandemic Response/COVID-19 solutions with plans to invest in many more in the coming months.

For the past ten years, we’ve been building an army for such a time as this. It is a global army of Health Transformers — the world’s most innovative, dedicated health entrepreneurs who have been committed to solving the biggest health challenges of our time. Challenges like the one we currently face. To that end, StartUp Health has already invested in more than 75 companies that are actively contributing to helping with the COVID-19 pandemic. These Health Transformers’ solutions cover at-home testing, homecare, diagnostics, AI, telehealth, education, mental and behavioral health, data visualization, analytics and tracking, and treatments.
