TigerConnect, a Santa Monica, CA-based company that delivers cloud-based clinical communication and collaboration solutions, including telehealth, raised $300M from Vista Equity Partners. <source>

Freenome, a South San Francisco, CA–based platform for early detection of cancer, raised $290M from Roche. <source>

Transcarent, a San Francisco, CA-based company focused on employer-sponsored healthcare, raised $200M led by Kinnevik and Human Capital, with participation from Ally Bridge Group, General Catalyst, GreatPoint Ventures, Threshold Ventures, and Merck Global Health Innovation Fund. <source>

MeMed, a Haifa, Israel-based health tech company developing immune-response tools, raised $93M from Horizons Ventures, Shavit Capital, Social Capital, La Maison Partners, Touchwood Capital, Caesara Medical Holdings, Union Tech Ventures, ClaI Insurance, Phoenix Insurance, Poalim Equity. and Western Technology Investment. <source>

Waymark, a San Francisco, CA-based Medicaid provider-enablement company, raised $45M co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Lux Capital and angel investors. <source>

Chapter, a New York, NY-based technology-driven Medicare Advisor, raised $42M led by Addition, with participation from Narya Capital, Susa Ventures, Maverick Ventures, XYZ Venture Capital, Core InnovationCapital, and Health2047 Capital Partners. <source>

VitalConnect, a San Jose, CA-based developer of remote and in-hospital wearable biosensor technology, raised $39M from EW Healthcare Partners and other investors. <source>

DeepScribe, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of ambient AI for medical note-taking, raised $30M led by Index Ventures, with participation from Alex Wang, Dylan Field, Bee Partners, Stage II Capital, and 1984 Ventures. <source>

mPharma, a Ghana-based health tech startup building a network of community pharmacies across Africa to be primary healthcare service providers, raised $30M from JAM Fund, Unbound, Lux Capital, Northstar, Social Capital, Novastar, and TO Ventures. <source>

Little Otter, a San Francisco, CA-based digital mental health company for children and their families, raised $22M led by CRV, with participation from Torch Capital, Vast Ventures, Hinsdale, Boxgroup, Able, Carrie Penner Walton, G9, Springbank Collective, and angel investors. <source>

Kiddo (fka as Good Parents), a San Francisco, CA-based digital health startup focused on managing care for kids with chronic health conditions, raised $16M led by Vive Collective, with participation from Wavemaker 360, Wavemaker Asia Pacific, Mojo Partners, and Techstars. <source>

VeriSIM Life, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-enabled R&D decisions de-risker for breakthrough drug development, raised $15M led by Morpheus Ventures, with participation from Debiopharm Innovation Fund, Colorcon Ventures, OCA Ventures, Intel Capital, Serra Ventures, and Susa Ventures. <source>

ianacare, a Boston, MA-based caregiver support platform, raised $12.1M led by Greycroft, with participation from 8VC, SemperVirensVC, Able Partners, Brown Alumni Group, Slow, Founder Collective, Indicator Venture, Entrée Capital, and CueBall. <source>

Diana Health, a New York, NY-based maternity and women’s health startup, raised $11M co-led by LRVHealth and .406 Ventures, with participation from AlleyCorp. <source>

Curi Bio, a Seattle, WA-based developer of human stem cell-based platforms for drug discovery, raised $10M led by Dynamk Capital, with participation from UTC Investment and DS Asset Management. <source>

headversity, a Calgary, AB-based provider of preventative mental health training technology for employers, raised $10M led by Level Equity, with participation from Westcap Management and Birchcliff Partners. <source>

Protai, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based tech startup focused on drug discovery using proteomics and ML, raised $8M led by Grove Ventures and Pitango HealthTech. <source>

CoPilot Systems, a Pittsburgh, PA-based fitness tech company, raised a $5.6M led by Hyde Park Venture Partners, with participation from TenOneTen Ventures, Alpha Edison, Maven Ventures, Rise of the Rest, and Sandalphon Capital. <source>

Caira Surgical, a New York, NY-based computer-assisted navigation system for joint replacement surgery, raised $5M from Mountain State Capital, Snowboat BV, and Haventure. <source>

Strados Labs, a Philadelphia, PA-based medtech startup focused on respiratory diseases, raised $4.5M from SOSV, cultivate(MD), Wavemaker360 Health, Blu Venture Investors, and Broad Street Angels. <source>

GB HealthWatch, a San Diego, CA-based genetic-based preventive health company, raised $3.5M from Trinity Power. <source>

Mine’d, a New York, NY-based emotional health digital platform and wellness network, raised $3.5M led by Listen Ventures, with participation from WNDRCO, Able Partners, Joyance Partners, Route 66 Ventures, Ed Baker, and Jillionaire. <source>

Labrador Systems, a Calabasas, CA-based tech company developing assistive robots, raised $3.1M co-led by Alexa Fund and iRobot Ventures, with participation from SOSV and Grep VC. <source>
