In a busy week, we saw over 30 funding rounds announced, from seed rounds to hundreds of millions in advance of IPO.

We saw over $1.2B in health innovation funding reported this week, led by Capsule, a New York, NY-based online pharmacy. The $300M round was led by Durable Capital Partners, with participation from Baillie Gifford & Co, T Rowe Price Group, and Whale Rock Capital Management. <source>

Other recent deals included:

Oxford Nanopore, an Oxford, UK-based developer of a nanopore DNA and RNA sequencing platform, raised £195M ($270M) from IP Group, Temasek, Wellington Management, M&G Investments, and Nikon. <source>

Caresyntax, a Boston, MA-based enterprise-level digital surgery platform, raised $100M led by PFM Health Sciences, with participation from Optum Ventures, Intel Capital, Lauxera Capital Partners, Vesalius Biocapital III, Arno Capital, Rezayat Investments, IPF Partners, the Relyens Group, and Surgical.AI. <source>

Sera Prognostics, a Salt Lake City, UT-based startup focused on improving maternal and neonatal health by providing innovative pregnancy biomarker information to doctors and patients, raised $100M led by existing investors Anthem and Blue Ox Healthcare Partners, with participation from Vivo Capital, aMoon Fund, Parian Global, and others. <source>

Kaia Health, a New York, NY-based company that offers AI-assisted digital therapies via mobile app for chronic pain related to musculoskeletal disorders and for COPD, raised $75M led by an unnamed growth equity fund, with participation from existing investors, including Optum Ventures, Eurazeo, 3VC, Balderton Capital, Heartcore Capital, Symphony Ventures, and A Round Capital. <source>

Ceribell, a Mountain View, CA-based company focused on the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, raised $53M co-led by Longitude Capital and The Rise Fund, with participation from RA Capital Management, Redmile Group, Red Tree Venture Capital, and existing shareholders. <source>

CareRev, a Los Angeles, CA-based on-demand provider of per diem healthcare clinicians, raised $50M led by Transformation Capital, with participation from Industry Ventures, Zach Coelius, Michael Siebel, Gaingels, and others. <source>

Ergatta, a New York, NY-based at-home connected fitness startup, raised $30M led by Advance Venture Partners, with participation from Greycroft, Fifth Wall, Gaingels, and Hans Tung. <source>

RapidDeploy, an Austin, TX-based startup offering cloud-based dispatch software for emergency responders, raised $29M led by Morpheus Ventures, with participation from GreatPoint Ventures, Ericsson Ventures, Samsung Next Ventures, Tao Capital Partners, Tau Ventures, and others. <source>

CareStack, a cloud dental software startup based in Thiruvananthapuram, India, and Celebration, FL, raised $22.5M from Steadview Capital, Delta Dental of California, Accel Partners, Eight Roads, and F-Prime Capital. <source>

Neuroelectrics, a Barcelona, Spain-based brain science startup focused on epilepsy, raised $17.5M led by Morningside Ventures. <source>

Engage Technologies Group, a Boise, ID-based startup working with subject matter experts on next-generation mobile video engagement technologies in multiple healthcare market verticals, raised $15M. <source>

Supersapiens, an Atlanta, GA-based sports continuous glucose monitoring company, raised $13.5M led by MICA Ventures AG, with participation from Ed Baker, Harvey Schwartz, Rémi Duchemin, Eric Min, CM Ventures, Rubix Ventures, Swiss Startup Group, and Wahoo Fitness. <source>

Vector Remote Care, a Bend, OR-based digital cardiology startup, raised $12.5M led by Updata Partners. <source>

Glytec, a Greenville, SC-based insulin management software company, raised $12M led by Savitr Capital. <source>

Outcomes4Me, a Cambridge, MA-based developer of an AI-powered platform to empower cancer patients to navigate their care, raised $12M led by Northpond Ventures, with participation from all existing investors, including Sierra Ventures, Asset Management Ventures, Merstal Ltd, IRA Capital, and others. <source>

Take Command Health, a Dallas, TX-based health benefits platform, raised $12M led by LiveOak Venture Partners and SJF Ventures. <source>

Grin, a New York, NY-based digital orthodontic platform that connects patients with local orthodontists and dentists, raised $10M led by Triventures, with participation from Procter & Gamble Oral Care and SpringRock Ventures. <source>

Alife Health, a San Francisco, CA-based fertility technology company, raised $9.5M led by Lux Capital, with participation from Amplo, IA Ventures, Springbank Collective, Anne Wojcicki, Fred Moll, Amira Yahyaoui, Arthur Patterson, Dr. Tom Lee, and the founders of Ramp and Headway. <source>

Cumulus Neuroscience (fka BrainWaveBank), a Belfast, Northern Ireland-based platform designed to provide clinical trial data and insights to improve central nervous system therapies, raised £6M ($8.3M) led by the Dementia Discovery Fund, with participation from LifeArc and the UK Future Fund. <source>

The Public Health Company, a platform to protect businesses and communities from infectious disease, raised $8M from Venrock, Verily, and Sweat Equity Ventures. <source>

OnLume Surgical, a Madison, WI-based medical device company developing novel imaging systems for use during surgery, raised $7M led by Cambridge Investment Group (Luzich Partners LLC), with participation from WARF Ventures (Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation) and Wisconsin Investment Partners (WIP). <source>

RazorMetrics, an Austin, TX-based healthcare technology company focused on lowering pharmacy costs for at-risk employers and health plans, raised $6M led by Sopris Capital, with participation from individual investors including Joel Trammel and Jonathan Weiner. <source>

UCM Digital Health, a Troy, NY-based provider of emergency telemedicine and virtual care solutions, raised $5.5M led by Armory Square Ventures, with participation from Contour Ventures and River Park Ventures. <source>

Calmerry, a Cody, WY-based online therapy platform, raised $5M led by Digital Future. <source>

Movia Robotics, a Bristol, CT-based collaborative robotics company building systems and software to help children with autism and robots to work together, raised $5M led by ZFC Capital Partners II. <source>

Vantis, a Munich, Germany-based digital health company offering digital therapeutics for cardiovascular indications, raised €3.8M ($4.6M) co-led by btov Partners and firstminute capital, with participation from individual angel investors. <source>

MD Ally, a New York, NY-based startup that incorporates telehealth and mental health services into 911 and first-responder dispatches, raised $3.5M led by General Catalyst, with participation from Seae Ventures. <source>

CareCar, a Denver, CO-based tech-enabled benefit manager and value-based healthcare services platform, raised $3M led by Kapor Capital and Impact America Fund, with participation from Concrete Rose. <source>

Bone Health Technologies, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of technologies for improving bone health, raised $2.5M led by Good Growth Capital, with participation from Astia Angels, Ambit Health Ventures, Portfolia Femtech Fund, IT-Farm, Golden Seeds, Berkeley Angel Network, the Band of Angels, Reno Seed Fund, and individual angel investors. <source>

Votive Health, a San Luis Obispo, CA-based startup that facilitates payer-provider integration, raised $2.5M led by Flare Capital Partners, with participation from Chrysalis Ventures and OCA Ventures. <source>

HeartBeat.bio AG, a Vienna, Austria-based cardiac drug discovery company, raised €1.5M ($1.8M) from red-stars.com data AG. <source>

STRAP Technologies, an Austin, TX-based company developing a total replacement of the white cane for the visually impaired, raised $1.3M led by Platform Capital. <source>

Storybook, a Miramar, FL-based multi-sensory storytelling platform aimed to help children sleep better, raised $1.2M. <source>
