This week’s reported health innovation funding included:

Nalu Medical, a Carlsbad, CA-based company focused on chronic neuropathic pain, raised $65M led by Novo Holdings, with participation from Gilde Healthcare, MVM Partners, Endeavor Vision, Decheng Capital, Longitude Capital, Advent Life Sciences, Pura Vida, and Aperture Venture Partners. <source>

Apollo Therapeutics, a Cambridge, UK-based biopharmaceutical startup focused on translating fundamental medical research into medicines, raised $33.5M led by Patient Square Capital, with participation from M&G plc, two of the largest US public pension plans, Rock Springs Capital, and other existing investors. <source>

Nabla, a Boston, MA-based provider of an ambient AI assistant for practitioners, raised $24M led by Cathay Innovation, with participation from Zebox Ventures. <source>

Tava Health, a Salt Lake City, UT-based virtual mental health company, raised $16M from undisclosed investors. <source>

DigitalOwl, a Tel Aviv, Israel- and New York, NY-based insurance technology company that utilizes advanced AI to interpret and transform medical records into a comprehensive and interactive digital underwriting abstract, raised $12M from RGA. <source>

Arbital Health, a San Francisco, CA-based tech startup that works as a neutral third-party adjudicator of outcomes-based contracts for the healthcare industry, raised $10M led by Transformation Capital, with participation from Shaper Capital, Healthy Ventures, Flex Capital, and Underdog Labs. <source>

Care Continuity, an Irving, TX-based company which specializes in data-driven patient navigation, raised $10M led by Empactful Capital & Viewside Capital Partners, with participation from Flat Creek Capital and Loop 289 Limited Partners. <source>

XRHealth, a Boston, MA-based healthcare platform providing therapeutic care virtual rooms, raised $6M led by Asabys Partners, with participation from NOVA Prime Fund and current investors. <source>

Credo Health, a Denver, CO-based startup that specializes in technology for value-based care, raised $5.25M led by FCA Venture Partners, with participation from Hannah Grey VC, FirstMile Ventures, and Springtime Ventures. <source>

Health In Her HUE, a New York, NY-based provider of a digital health platform that connects women of color to culturally-sensitive healthcare providers and health information, raised $3M led by Seae Ventures, with participation from Johnson & Johnson Impact Ventures, Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab, Genius Guild, HBCU Founders Fund, Stanford Impact Fund, and angel investors. <source>

QuantHealth, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based AI-powered clinical trial design company that simulates clinical trials, raised $2M from Accenture Ventures, with participation from a CRO firm and additional investors. <source>
