The first big health tech funding of the year went to Nashville, TN-based Monogram Health, a specialty provider of in-home care and benefit management services for patients living with polychronic conditions, including chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease. The company raised $375M from CVS Health, Cigna Ventures, Humana, Memorial Hermann Health System, SCAN, TPG Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, Heritage Group, Pura Vida Investments, Norwest Venture Partners, and others. <source>

Carbon Health, a San Francisco, CA-based hybrid healthcare company that combines expert care with proprietary technology for easy everyday health, raised $100M from CVS Health Ventures. <source>

Volta Medical, a Marseille, France-based developer of AI-enabled software that helps physicians identify and treat complex cardiac arrhythmias, raised €36M (~$37.8) led by Vensana Capital, with participation from Lightstone Ventures and Glide Healthcare. <source>

Paytient, a Columbia, MO-based creator and provider of Health Payment Accounts (HPAs), raised $33M led by Mercato Partners Traverse Fund, with participation from Bertelsmann Investments, Lightbank, Felicis Ventures, Box Group, Lachy Groom, Left Lane Capital, Commerce Bank, Crossbeam Ventures, Cultivation Capital, and Inspired Capital. <source>

Array Behavioral Care, a Mount Laurel, NJ-based virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, raised $25M led by CVS Health. <source>

Onc.AI, a cancer care platform based in San Carlos, CA, and Waterloo, ON, raised $25M co-led by Action Potential Venture Capital and MassMutual, with participation from Life Extension Ventures, Accomplice, Blue Venture Fund, KdT Ventures, and Digitalis Ventures. <source>

RxAnte, a Washington, DC-based pharmacy care management business, raised $25M from Trinity Capital. <source>

Nectar Life Sciences, a New York, NY-based allergy testing and treatment startup, raised $16.5M led by Harmony Partners, with participation from Juxtapose and Obvious Ventures. <source>

Ganymed Robotics, a Paris, France-based developer of computer vision software and robotics technologies for orthopedic surgeons, raised €15M (~15.9M) led by The Fund of the European Innovation Council. <source>

BehaVR, an Elizabethtown, KY-based behavioral health-focused virtual reality startup, merged with OxfordVR and raised $13M led by Optum Ventures and Oxford Science Enterprises, with participation from Accenture Ventures, Confluent Health, Chrysalis Ventures, and Thornton Capital.<source>

Quris, a drug-testing clinical prediction platform with headquarters in Boston, MA, and Tel-Aviv, Israel, raised $9M led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from GlenRock Capital, iAngels, Welltech Ventures, and Richter Group. <source>

Carallel, a Lake Forest, IL-based startup that offers digital health and support tools for family caregivers, raised $8.2M led by FCA Venture Partners, with participation from 450 Ventures, Create Health Ventures, Gratitude Railroad, Loud Capital, and Wanxiang Healthcare Investments. <source>

Qritive, a Singapore-based AI-driven digital pathology startup, raised $7.5M led by MassMutual Ventures, with participation from SEEDS Capital and Exfinity Venture Partners. <source>

Herself Health, a Minneapolis, MN-based health tech company designed to deliver advanced primary care to women over 65, raised $7M led by Juxtapose. <source>

HD, a Bangkok, Thailand-based startup that pairs surgeons, patients, and vacant surgery rooms at hospitals in Southeast Asia, raised $6M from Partech Partners, M Venture Partners, AC Ventures, iSeed, and Orvel Ventures. <source>

Porter, a Miami, FL-based startup that connects people with what they need to manage illness and injuries at home, raised $5.4M led by Old Line Capital, Grit Capital Partners, and JLC Family Office. <source>

Monarch Medical Technologies, a Charlotte, NC-based digital health company that helps hospitals and health systems deliver optimal glycemic management for patients, raised $5M from Semler Scientific. <source>

Wisdo Health, a New York, NY-based provider of a peer support platform focused on ending social isolation, raised $5M led by Marius Nacht, Alive Israel Healthtech Fund, and Bridge Builders Collaborative, with participation from Anne Wojcicki and Avram Miller. <source>

Prescribe Fit, a Columbus, OH-based telehealth weight-loss startup, raised $4M. <source>

Crescendo Health, a San Francisco, CA-based health data startup focused on clinical research, raised $3.4M from Define Ventures and others. <source>

KeyCare, a virtual-first platform built with the Epic EHR, raised $3M from Ziegler and two health systems. <source>

The Lanby, a New York, NY-based primary-care startup, raised a $2.7M led by Female Founders Fund, with participation from Launch, Goodwater Capital, and Magic Fund. <source>

LunaJoy, a St. Petersburg, FL-based mental telehealth startup focused on the needs of girls and women, raised $2.4M from Emmeline Ventures. <source>

Aiosyn, a Nijmegen, the Netherlands-based startup developing a diagnostics platform that uses AI to support pathologists, raised €2M (~$2.1M) led by Health Innovations, Oost NL, and LUMO Labs. <source>
