Our Plan for the StartUp Health Festival and Health Transformer Collaboration in 2021
A post-COVID gameplan to supercharge Health Transformer access to customers, investors, and experts all year long.
We wanted to share an update on our plan for the 10th Annual StartUp Health Festival, which would normally bring us together in San Francisco to kick off the new year during the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference.
For obvious reasons, in 2021 we are transforming our two-day Festival into an ongoing series of experiences and programs for Health Transformers to connect with investors, customers, experts, and peers. Our primary objective is to keep optimizing ways to break down silos and speed up health innovation within the ecosystem.
We, too, are tired of all-day / multi-day virtual “zombie conferences.” That’s why we are leaning into more frequent, ongoing, and targeted ways for us to collaborate — like our monthly Health Transformer Showcases and Health Transformer Circles designed to drive collaboration, access, and learning. We are also transforming our weekly Expert Office Hours into a weekly series of interactive Fireside Chats to introduce you to a diverse and extraordinary range of leaders from the StartUp Health Network and Health Transformer Community.
We’re also seeing significant inbound interest and engagement with StartUp Health’s media platform and stories about our Health Transformers. That’s why we’ll be expanding our daily social content, StartUp Health TV programming, Health Transformer blog, and StartUp Health Insights.
When the world opens back up for travel and in-person networking — here’s hoping sooner vs. later — we’ll add back in a calendar of IRL community hangouts, networking salons, and celebrations. We are optimistic about 2021 and the progress we can make together achieving health moonshots in an AC (After-COVID) world.
