SPR Therapeutics, a Cleveland, OH-based medical device company focused on treating pain and improving the quality of life for patients managing acute or chronic pain, raised $85M led by Revelation Partners, with participation from RC Capital and Mutual Capital Partners, plus debt facility provided by SLR Capital Partners. <source>

Ambience Healthcare, a San Francisco, CA-based comprehensive AI operating system for healthcare organizations, raised $70M co-led by Kleiner Perkins and OpenAI Startup Fund, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Optum Ventures. <source>

Cohere Health, a Boston, MA-based clinical intelligence company that provides prior authorization, raised $50M led by Deerfield Management, with participation from Define Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, Longitude Capital, and Polaris Partners. <source>

Avation Medical, a Columbus, OH-based neuromodulation and digital health company, raised $22M led by ShangBay Capital and Asahi Kasei, with participation from Angelini Ventures, JobsOhio Growth Capital Fund, Arboretum Ventures, Tonkawa, Medtronic, and Avestria Ventures. <source>

Ezra, a New York, NY-based AI company focused on MRI imaging and cancer detection, raised $21M co-led by Healthier Capital and FirstMark Capital, with participation from Allianz Life Ventures, the Schwarzman family, David Prior, Gaingels, Republic, Mana Ventures, Credo Ventures, Seedcamp, LDV Capital, Accomplice, Founders Future, Vlad Tenev, Anne Wojcicki, and Esther Dyson. <source>

Artera, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of multimodal artificial intelligence (MMAI) based predictive and prognostic cancer tests, raised $20M in funding from Prosperity7 Ventures, EDBI, Walden Catalyst Ventures, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Trium Ventures, and individual investors. <source>

Benepass, a New York, NY-based flexible benefits platform for employers, raised $20M led by Portage and Clocktower Technology Ventures, with participation from Workday Ventures, Threshold Ventures, and Gradient Ventures. <source>

Vektor Medical, a San Diego, CA-based non-invasive, AI-based arrhythmia analysis technology company, raised $16M co-led by Solas BioVentures and TVM Capital Life Science. <source>

Foodsmart, a food-as-medicine and telehealth startup, raised $10M from Advocate Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Intermountain Health, the American College of Cardiology, and 62 Ventures. <source>

Wisedocs, a Toronto, ON, Canada-based machine learning SaaS platform for medical record review, indexing, and summarization, raised $9.5M led by Information Venture Partners, with participation from Thomson Reuters Ventures and ManchesterStory. <source>

Myosotis, a Berlin, Germany-based digital healthcare SaaS solution for direct digital communication between employees, relatives, and service providers in care homes, raised €8M (~$8.7M) from TVM Capital, Twip, Agaplesion, Carpe Diem, BonVenture, Axel Springer Plug & Play, Think Health, Mountain Partners, Round Hill Ventures, and Capacura. <source>

Evaro, a London, UK-based digital health startup providing AI-powered clinical and drug prescription services for minor conditions, raised $1.5M led by Cornerstone VC and Exceptional Ventures, with participation from Catalisi’s investment arm, Syndicate Room, and the University of East Anglia. <source>
