“What we’re looking to do is give access to every individual in the world, the access to clinically proven, self healing techniques.” said Erin McCloskey, CEO & Co-founder, E=mc2 no limits…. “Our aim is to bring in these programs to places where they don’t already exist.”

I had a chance to catch up with Erin at the 2017 Health 2.0 Conference in Santa Clara, California. We took a deeper look into the holistic approach behind E=mc2 no limits… and its lifestyle management program, “The Trifecta Core Health Initiative.”

“We can have the best nutritional and physical fitness programs in the world, but if an individual does not feel like they’re here to thrive and they feel like they’re here to just survive, then none of it’s sustainable,” said McCloskey.” “So, what we’re looking to do is give people choices. Give them options for their overall wellbeing.”

”What gets me up every day and keeps me motivated to do the work I do, is, first and foremost, I get to do what I love. ” says Erin McCloskey, (left)

E=mc2 no limits…, a StartUp Health company, is helping people discover self healing techniques to improve their overall health and well being. Recognizing that mental and emotional health are as important as our physical health, E=mc2 no limit’s evidence-based lifestyle management program is helping people improve their quality of life, and a perfect example of a company working towards and committed to achieving the Happiness & Mental Health Moonshot.

Says McCloskey, “This opportunity to bring clinically proven self healing techniques to places in the world where they don’t already exist is something that I’m willing to do whatever it takes to execute on.”
